A few words About us
The Dyer Development Group is a group of multi faceted property companies that deal on numerous property development sites – both residential and commercial, all over the UK. Although we are based in Essex we are not geographically limited.
We are open to operating on Joint venture basis providing that the land owners are like minded people who have the aim of maximising land value with sustainability and enviromental issues at the forefront of our minds when planning and developing all sites. We are not in a property deal for the short term, we look to deliver much needed quality housing ranging from one bedroom flats to 6 bedroom luxury homes through environmentally friendly construction methods, using sustainable energy in the homes such as solar panels and air source heat pumps on all developments. Site sizes vary from single unit to 100 units, we have a good connections with social housing associations looking to deliver the quality we provide.
we create developments of supreme quality that are a pleasure to live in that contribute to the local area and are as environmentally friendly as possible striving for carbon neutral homes.

Planning
We have a highly experienced, skilled and professional planning team that we have worked with since 2012 that promote sites from inception through the planning process working closely with local authorities.
Construction
Within the group we have our own construction company – Dyer Mackay Developments – so have total control over everything that we build. Dyer Mackay Developments was established over 10 years ago and have completed some very complex builds.
Property Holdings
Within the group we have a property holdings company that looks to retain properties that we develop and rent to the open market managing and maintaining the retained properties to a high standard. This has created a diverse property portfolio that we are always looking to expand, within the portfolio there is a mixture of flats, houses and residential units.
